Overdue does not provide legal, library-science, or contractual advice. Loan records and in-app check-in reminders are for your convenience—they do not create legal agreements, and we are not responsible for missed returns or disputes between you and borrowers.

Third-Party Book Data

ISBN lookup results come from Open Library and Google Books. We do not control or verify that information. Always review fetched titles, authors, and covers before saving.

Use at Your Own Risk

The app is provided "as is." You are responsible for verifying your library, maintaining backups, and securing your device and exported files. Uninstalling the app or resetting data may cause loss if you do not have a backup.
