Acceptance

By downloading or using proseuchē, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use proseuchē for personal prayer organization and related journaling. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Use and Responsibility

You own the content you enter (prayer requests, notes, names, etc.). You are responsible for the sensitivity of that content, backing up data you care about, and using the app in a way that respects others' privacy. Data is stored locally on your device—we are not responsible for loss due to device failure, theft, uninstallation, or user error. See our Disclaimer for more.

Backups and Sharing

Backups are files created by proseuchē; importing a backup replaces your current lists, notes, and settings. Review backup contents before importing. Once you share a file outside the app, we do not control how others use it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posch Ventures is not liable for any damages arising from your use of proseuchē or loss of prayer or note data in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we revise the terms.
