Summary

proseuchē is a local-first prayer companion. Your prayer lists, praises, Bible notes, quotes preferences, and settings are stored on your device. We do not run a cloud account or sync service, and we do not sell your personal information. No ads. No analytics SDKs in the app.

Information We Collect

We do not collect your prayer data on our servers. You may enter names, prayer requests, notes, and related details in the app—all saved locally on your device.

Deleting Your Data

All prayer lists, answered prayers, notes, archive items, and settings stored by proseuchē live on your device. You can remove data by deleting individual prayers or lists in the app, clearing archived items, or uninstalling the app (which removes local app data). We do not retain a copy on our servers.

If you exported a backup file and saved it elsewhere (email, cloud drive, etc.), delete that file in the location where you stored it.

Data Storage and Backups

Prayer content and settings stay on your device. We do not have access to this data. You can export and import a local backup when you choose. If you share a backup (email, cloud drive, etc.), that transfer uses the service you pick—not our servers. Uninstalling the app removes local app data; files you saved elsewhere remain until you delete them.

Device Permissions

proseuchē may request notification permission for optional daily prayer reminders. You can deny or revoke permissions in device settings; reminders will not work without them. The app may use the system share sheet when you export a backup.

Updates

The app may use Expo over-the-air updates to deliver bug fixes. When you download from Google Play, Google may collect information according to Google's policies.

This Website

Visiting poschventures.com pages may involve standard web analytics (for example Google Analytics) as described in our site Privacy Policy. That is separate from the app, which does not include analytics SDKs.

Changes

We may update this policy if the app changes. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes.
