We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use BoardCalc for personal or commercial use in your work. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Use and Responsibility

BoardCalc is a construction calculator. You are responsible for verifying all calculations before use. The app is not a substitute for professional engineering, architecture, or surveying. See our Disclaimer for more.

Pricing and Payment

BoardCalc is currently free. We may introduce a paid version or in-app purchases in the future. If we do, we will communicate any changes. Payment terms for any paid features will be described at the time of purchase.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app or its calculations will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posch Ventures is not liable for any damages arising from your use of BoardCalc or reliance on its results, including construction errors, project delays, or financial loss.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we revise the terms.
