Acceptance
By downloading or using ToolVault, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use ToolVault for personal or business inventory management. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Use and Responsibility
You own the content you enter (tool names, photos, loan notes, etc.). You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, backing up data you care about, and complying with laws when storing others’ information (e.g., borrower contact details). Data is stored locally on your device—we are not responsible for loss due to device failure, theft, uninstallation, or user error. See our Disclaimer for more.
Backups and Imports
Backups are JSON files created by ToolVault. Importing a backup replaces your current tools, drawers, and settings. Review backup contents before importing on a device that already has data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Posch Ventures is not liable for any damages arising from your use of ToolVault, loss of inventory data, or reliance on loan or inventory records in the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above will change when we revise the terms.
